It comes from Pinot Nero grapes grown and grown in vineyards classified with the appellative Bourgogne Marsannay AOC. The wine was produced from vines for 40 years on a very famous land of 1 hectare located on ancient alluvial and calcareous scree. The nose speaks of black fruits, while in the mouth we find minerality, tannins, and silkiness which is this magnificent Marsannay Les Longeroies.

The vines are grown organically and a simple guyot pruning is used. All the work in the vineyard is done by hand. The vines are planted at a density of 10,000 plants per hectare.
 
Once harvested, all the grapes are destemmed, undergo a cold maceration, and ferment with natural yeasts. Yann prefers a long and slow lifting on the fine lees. The grapes are pressed in the tank and decanted in barrel where they rest for 16 months. Aged in barrel (30% new) for 16 months. Bottled without any filtration. Wine with excellent aging potential.
