Burgundy legends, Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, have combined their 25-year experience and planted vines in the Minervois. Favoring Cazelles because of the huge diversity of soils, they have planted local varieties Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. They have succeeded in bringing a little bit of Burgundy into the Languedoc, creating wines that are fresh, elegant and true to their terroir.

“A fine example of tank-aged Grenache, the 2018 IGP Cotes du Brian La Grenache 8 offers the variety’s uncanny ability to be large-scaled and diaphanous in texture at the same time, with silky tannins and nearly weeightless feel on the palate.”
