Viré-Clesse Climat «Sous Les Plantes » shares only the Appellation Viré-Clessé with « La Verchère ». Indeed, the « Sous les Plantes » is situated South of Viré on a terroir reminiscent of Clessé, on a more silty soil.

Clay and silt. Facing East. South of Viré, near Clessé. Hand-picked grapes, whole berries pressing, 100% vinified and aged in oak barrel (of 228 liters each) for 11 months.
