This wine is predominantly made from Merlot with a smaller proportion of Cabernet Franc. It undergoes a 40-day fermentation in concrete vats, followed by 12 months of aging, 85% in barrels and 15% in concrete vats. This combination adds both freshness and complexity to the wine.
