"Syrocco" is produced in the Zenata region of Morocco, located between Casablanca and Rabat. The vineyards benefit from a unique terroir, characterized by alluvial limestone-based soils and the cooling influence of the Atlantic Ocean. This proximity to the ocean helps moderate the temperature, allowing the grapes to retain acidity and develop complex flavors.
Viticulture:
The vineyards are situated at an elevation provided by the Atlas Mountains, which also contribute to the cooling effect with their breezes. The viticulture practices at Domaine des Ouled Thaleb are organic, with a focus on maintaining the health and balance of the vines to produce high-quality grapes.
Winemaking:
