Terroir: 
The vineyards are located in the prestigious Prosecco DOCG region of Veneto, particularly in the areas surrounding Treviso. The soils in this region are a mix of clay, limestone, marl, and marine sandstone, which provide excellent drainage and contribute to the aromatic complexity and minerality of the wine. The unique microclimate, influenced by the proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the protection from the Prealps, ensures the perfect ripening conditions for the grapes.
Viticulture: 
The vineyards are managed with sustainable practices, adhering to the strict regulations of the DOCG designation. The primary grape used is Glera, with a blend of up to 15% Pinot Noir, which gives the rosé its distinctive color and additional complexity.
Winemaking: 
Tutela Rosato Prosecco is produced using the Charmat method, also known as the Martinotti method. The process involves a second fermentation in large stainless steel tanks, which helps to preserve the fresh and fruity characteristics of the grapes. The Pinot Noir undergoes a short maceration period to extract its color before blending with Glera. The wine is then fermented for at least 60 days to achieve its fine bubbles and balanced structure.
