Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe pear laced with dried honey overlay some lime, wet stone and subtle spicy cashew notes. Quite rich with a fullish mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of ripe pears and dried honey over subtle stony characters and a pinch of spice. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity and an aftertaste of pears, dried honey, stony elements and light spice.
