WINEMAKING
Whole cluster pressing of Portugieser and Dornfelder. After the first fermentation the wine matures in glassfiber tanks for 6 months. The second fermentation happened in a pressure tank, which carried the bubbles for 3 months.
Winemaking: spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass with indigenous yeasts
