Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux is a family-owned winery located in the southern Rhône Valley region of France, specifically in the appellation of Vacqueyras. The winery was founded in 1974 by Serge Férigoule, who believed in working with the land and the environment to produce authentic, terroir-driven wines. Today, the winery is run by Serge's son, Frédéric, who continues the family tradition of producing exceptional wines using organic and biodynamic farming practices.

One of their standout wines is the Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux Un Sang Blanc 2019, a white wine made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne, and Bourboulenc grapes. The grapes are grown on a combination of clay-limestone and sandstone soils, and are harvested by hand. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks, and undergoes malolactic fermentation to give it a richer, creamier texture. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 8 months before being bottled without fining or filtration.

On the nose, the Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux Un Sang Blanc 2019 offers aromas of white flowers, citrus, and honey, with subtle hints of vanilla and toast from the oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and round, with flavors of peach, apricot, and pear, complemented by a refreshing acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Overall, the Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux Un Sang Blanc 2019 is a beautifully crafted white wine that showcases the unique terroir and winemaking techniques of the Vacqueyras region. With its commitment to organic and biodynamic farming and traditional winemaking methods, Domaine Le Sang des Cailloux is a winery that consistently produces wines of exceptional quality and character.
