Terroir: 
The Catarratto grapes for this wine are sourced from the north-west corner of Sicily, specifically in the Calatafimi area between Marsala and Palermo. The vines grow in high altitude vineyards (around 500 meters above sea level) on chalky soils, which contribute to the wine's vibrant acidity and mineral character.
Viticulture: 
The vineyards have been managed organically since 2005, emphasizing sustainable farming practices. The vines are trained using the Guyot system, and the grapes are hand-harvested to ensure the highest quality.
Winemaking: 
The grapes are gently pressed, and the must is vinified at 16ºC to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks to maintain its purity and freshness. No oak treatment is used, ensuring the natural flavors of the Catarratto grape shine through.
Tasting Notes: 
"Da Vero Catarratto" features bright and appealing aromas of citrus and fennel with delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and incisive with flavors of grapefruit and preserved lemon. The wine has good concentration and mid-palate weight, leading to a tangy finish with crisp acidity.
