Terroir:
Château Haut-Meyreau is located in the Bordeaux region of France. The vineyards are situated on soils that are a mix of clay and limestone, providing a unique terroir that enhances the complexity and character of their wines.
Viticulture:
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, emphasizing minimal intervention and environmentally friendly methods. The vines are typically around 30 years old, which contributes to the depth and richness of the wine. HVE certification 
Winemaking:
Cuvée Thìn is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal selection. The wine undergoes fermentation in a combination of French oak barrels and concrete vats, followed by several months of aging to achieve a perfect harmony of fruit and structure.
Tasting Notes:
This wine exhibits a rich, deep ruby color. The nose offers a vibrant bouquet interweaving spicy, herbaceous notes of Cabernet Franc with the lush, fruity depths of Merlot and the structured elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, it delivers a symphony of flavors with ripe blackberries, plums, and a touch of green bell pepper, supported by smooth tannins and balanced acidity.
