1. Product delivery methods

Complete through Glouglou's delivery team and freight service provider.

 

2. Estimated delivery time:

2.1. For orders within Ho Chi Minh City:

• Orders received in the morning (before 12PM): deliver in the afternoon same day

• Orders received in the afternoon (after 12PM): deliver the day after

2.2. For orders located outside Ho Chi Minh City: Within 01 (one) to 05 (five) working days from the date of closing the order (depending on the order) or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

2.3. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only in the event of Force Majeure, or the following cases:

• Unable to contact the Customer to deliver the Product;

• The delivery address of the Products provided by the Customer is incorrect or too difficult to find;

• Suppliers deliver Products to Glouglou later than expected or Glouglou's orders spike, causing slow processing of orders.

 

Note:

- In case there is a delay in the delivery of Products, Glouglou will timely inform the Customer and create an opportunity for the Customer to cancel the order if desired;

- Force majeure event is an event that occurs objectively, which cannot be foreseen and cannot be remedied even though all necessary and permissible measures have been applied. Force majeure events include but are not limited to: Decision of the Government or competent authority, war, riot, rebellion, epidemic, natural disaster, fire, road flooding or any other event have similar properties.

 

3. Product delivery fee

• Orders below 1,000,000 VNĐ and urgent orders: applicable fees based on Grab/ Lalamove's fees

• Orders from 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 VNĐ: 25,000 VNĐ shipping fees

• Orders above 2,000,000 VNĐ: free shipping

(Note: For customers outside of HCMC, shipping fees will be determined according to quantity and value of orders)
